Production facility

A production facility for producing a product efficiently while saving the space of the facility. The production facility comprises a plurality of machine tools (31, 32, 33, 34) for machining a work piece (11), a conveyor (16) for conveying the work piece (11), and a controller (41) for controlling the machine tools (31, 32, 33, 34) and the conveyor (16). The machine tool (31, 32, 33, 34) has a function for performing the machining of its own process, the machining of a preceding process, and the machining of a following process on the work piece, and the controller (41) controls the machine tools (31, 32, 33, 34) and the conveyor (16) to perform the machining of respective processes continuously on the work piece (11) depending on the machining situation of the work piece (11) by the plurality of machine tools (31, 32, 33, 34).
