Rotor shaft processing method
An extrusion processing method for a rotor shaft with a worm transmission output in a motor comprises the following steps: a. installing the motor (30) on a tooling unit (10); b. extruding one group of fins (51-54) extending along an axial direction at a transmission end (321) of the rotor shaft (32...

Zusammenfassung: | An extrusion processing method for a rotor shaft with a worm transmission output in a motor comprises the following steps: a. installing the motor (30) on a tooling unit (10); b. extruding one group of fins (51-54) extending along an axial direction at a transmission end (321) of the rotor shaft (32) extending out from a motor body (31) by a tool bit (24); c. rotating the rotor shaft and extruding another group of fins (55-58) extending along the axial direction at the transmission end of the rotor shaft by the tool bit. The extruded fins are evenly distributed on the rotor shaft along a radial direction. The processing method can avoid the risk of enlarging shaft jumping due to the direct pressing on a worm. At the same time fins processed on the rotor shaft are better in precision. Each fin bears even stress after being assembled with the worm, thus ensuring good concentricity of the assembled worm and the shaft, and hence improving stability of the rotor shaft.
