Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for preparing L-alanine by adding fatty alcohol polyoxypropylene ether. The method comprises the steps of strain culture, fermented enzyme production, enzymatic transformation reaction, product extraction and refining, wherein the fermented enzyme production comprises: inoculating the activated strains to a fermented enzyme production culture medium which is added with 0.05 to 2 ml of fatty alcohol polyoxypropylene ether and has a pH of 7.0 and culturing the strains for 24 hours at the temperature of 30 DEG C to obtain fermentation solution, namely enzyme solution; and the enzymatic transformation reaction is performed at the pH value of between 4.5 and 7.5 and the temperature of between 25 and 45 DEG C by adding 0.05 to 3 ml of fatty alcohol polyoxypropylene ether into the enzyme solution to generate an L-alanine coarse product. The method has the advantages of simple process, easy operation and suitability for large-scale industrialized production.
