Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing low-gel content epoxy acrylate rubber. The postprocessing, such as mixing and vulcanizing, for the acrylate rubber which is synthesized by a seed emulsion polymerization method is substantially same as the processing method for the conventional acrylate rubber. The synthesized acrylate rubber has small epoxy group open cycle number and a few long branched chain structures in a molecular structure, so the gel content is less than 3.4-9.6 percent. The epoxy butyl acrylate rubber which is synthesized by the method has the gel content reduced by 3 to 6 times compared with that of the epoxy butyl acrylate rubber synthesized by taking peroxide as an initiator or taking a binary redox initiator system as an initiator. The method solves the key technical problem of the gel content control in the synthesis of the epoxy acrylate rubber. Therefore, the mechanical property and processing performance of the epoxy acrylate rubber are improved. |
