Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to an assembly technology of a dual-redundancy actuator, in particular to an improved assembly method of a front end sleeve and an auxiliary piston of a dual-redundancy actuator and a guiding cone for mounting. The method comprises the following mounting steps of: coating a lubricant on the surface of a sealing component mounted in an inner hole of the front end sleeve (2); mounting the front end sleeve (2) on the guiding cone; connecting the guiding cone (3) and the auxiliary piston (1); and horizontally pushing the front end sleeve (2). In the invention, the main body of the guiding cone is a cylinder which is provided with a conical right section, and a cylindrical lug boss coaxial with the main body is arranged on the left end surface of the main body of the guiding cone (3). The invention can avoid causing the damage of a fluoroplastic sealing ring by the guiding action of the guiding cone, improves the assembly survival rate and ensures the assembly quality. |
