The invention relates to while-drilling leak resisting and sealing drilling liquid for a leakage formation. In the invention, 100 weight parts of clear water, 1 to 5 weight parts of caustic soda, 1 to 10 weight parts of soda ash, 3 to 10 weight parts of poly anionic cellulose and 3 to 15 weight parts of sodium bentonite are stirred uniformly to form base grouting; and 3 to 10 weight parts of gel leak sealing agent, 3 to 15 weight parts of bridge additive and 3 to 10 weight parts of asphalt powder are added into the base grouting with stirring and the mixture is stirred uniformly. The while-drilling leak resisting and sealing drilling liquid for the leakage formation has the advantages that: the solid-phase content is less than 3 percent; and the damages to an oil layer are reduced.
