The porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis cell culture inactivated vaccine takes PK-15 cells for proliferation of the HEV-67N, thereby optimizing the proliferation conditions of the virus and improving the quality and the using effect of the vaccine; and the prepared porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis cell culture inactivated vaccine can be used for preventing the porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis virus infection of piglets, providing the technical support for preventing and treating porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis and having broad application prospects.
