Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an air conditioner, capable of preventing ultrasonic sensors from mutual interference to accurately detect obstacles even that more than two indoor units having ultrasonic sensors are arranged in one room. The indoor unit is provided with wind direction changing fins for changing direction of the air discharged from a blow-out port and an obstacle detection device for detecting whether or not there are obstacles, wherein the wind direction changing fins are controlled according to the detection result of the obstacle detection device so as to operate the air conditioner. In addition, the obstacle detection device is provided with the ultrasonic sensor and has multiple action modes corresponding to different actions of the ultrasonic sensor.
