Method for preparing self-emulsifiable non-ionic water-borne novolac epoxy resin emulsion

The invention relates to a method for preparing a self-emulsifiable epoxy resin emulsion, wherein the resin can be used as a basic raw material for preparing water-borne epoxy paint.
