Zusammenfassung:	A continuous autoclave comprises a tank body and a material transport unit arranged in the tank body, wherein the tank body is internally provided with a high temperature hot water sterilization cabin, a low temperature cold water cooling cabin, a hot water circulating device, a heat (hot water) recovery device and a roll cage which is used for accommodating materials and is driven by the material transport unit; the material transport unit is a chain transport unit in multilayer continuous transmission, and chains operate in a layer-by-layer rising mode in the high temperature hot water sterilization cabin area and operates in a layer-by-layer declining mode in the low temperature cold water cooling cabin area. The autoclave in the invention is especially suitable for sterilizing products packed by thermophilic digestion bags and foods packed in other structural forms.
