Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an iron-based magnetically soft alloy with strong glass forming capability. A vacuum induction melting furnace is adopted, and the iron-based magnetically soft alloy with strong glass forming capability is prepared by the steps of: smelting 50 to 80 percent of Fe, 5 to 40 percent of B and 10 to 30 percent of M in the vacuum induction furnace or an electric arc furnace into master alloy, wherein M is one or more of elements, such as Nb, Zr, Co, Si and the like; melting the master alloy ingot in the vacuum state through electromagnetic induction and spraying the molten master alloy ingot on a rotating copper roller at the speed of 10 to 50 m/s to solidify quickly so as to form a brilliant rapid-quenched strip with certain width and thickness; and crystallizing the rapid-quenched strip at the temperature of between 500 and 900 DEG.C in a tube furnace of which vacuum degree is greater than 0.01 Pa, and keeping the temperature for 2 to 30 minutes to obtain a nano-crystalline structure or a
