Non-magnetic metal ceramic mould and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a non-magnetic metal ceramic mould and a preparation method thereof, belongs to metal ceramic materials and solves the problems of low performance and insufficient wear resistance existing in the conventional non-magnetic hard alloy moulds. The non-magnetic metal ceramic mould is prepared from solid solution powder of (W, Ti, Ta, Nb) (C, N), Ni powder, W powder, Cr powder and Mo powder serving as raw materials, wherein the raw materials are sintered, so that in the finally produced phases, the hard phase is (W, Ti, Ta, Nb) (C, N) and the binder phase is Ni-W-Cr-Mo solid solution; the method comprises pre-solution treatment, raw material mixing, compression molding, degreasing and vacuum sintering in turn.
