Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to application of a microwave technology in control of tobacco diseases and insect pests for tobacco seedling, comprising the following steps: after cleaning a seedling disk, irradiating and disinfecting the seedling disk by using a microwave device with a frequency of 900-2500MHz and an output power of 900-2500W for 5-10 min and directly using the seedling disk for seedling; spraying an adjuvant to instruments for tobacco seedling leaf-cutting, leaf-picking, and root-cutting, then performing the operation of leaf-cutting, leaf-picking and root-cutting; further irradiating and disinfecting each group of instruments by using the microwave device with a frequency of 900-2500MHz and an output power of 900-2500W for 5-10 min and then using the instruments to perform operations of leaf-cutting, leaf-picking and root-cutting of next disk of tobacco seedling.
