The invention relates to a method for removing flash on a lead wire and a frame of a diode or a triode, which comprises the following steps of: immersing the flash on the lead wire and the frame of the diode or the triode at room temperature by using mixed acid liquor, and washing with water to remove the flash, wherein the mixed acid liquor consists of acetic acid, industrial sulphuric acid and water in a volume ratio of 8-12: 8-12:76-84; the flash is epoxy molding compounds remained on the lead wire and the frame of the diode or the triode after being processed through working procedures ofmould pressing and solidifying; the concentration of the acetic acid in the mixed acid liquor is between 97.5 and 99.5 mass percent, and the concentration of the industrial sulphuric acid is between 96.0 and 98.0 mass percent; and in the step of water washing, the flash is washed with pressurized water under the pressure of between 0.3 and 0.5 MPa.
