The locally expanded multi-wing expanding bit is characterized in that a bit (7) and the expanding multi-wing bit are connected through a lower connector (18). The invention has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable performance and convenient use and simultaneously solves the problem of difficult construction on soft and hard rock stratums with larger expanding radii.
