Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a laser cladding method for an upright column of a mine hydraulic bracket, belonging to a laser cladding method. For solving the problems of abrasive resistance, corrosion resistance and service life of the surface of the upright column of the mine hydraulic bracket, the invention adopts the method comprising the following steps of: firstly, de-rusting, flattening and roughening the upright column of the mine hydraulic bracket; secondly, installing the processed upright column to a laser processing machine tool, synchronously feeding powder and laser-cladding the upright column in a process step in the cooperation of the rotation motion of a spindle C and the feed motion of an X linear shaft of a laser head, scanning and cladding the upright column by using a multi-path overlapping manner.
