Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a low ductility anisotropy rolling aluminum alloy sheet, comprising the steps of cast molding, rolling, return annealing and quenching and tempering. Rolling quenching and tempering by applying 2-10% rolling strain is carried out on an aluminum sheet semifinished product which is subjected to hot rolling, cold rolling and return annealing, and therefore, different crystalline orientations in the aluminum sheet semifinished product generate appropriate dislocation, and the strain can be uniformly distributed on different stress directions in subsequent tensile deformation process of the manufactured rolled aluminum alloy sheets, thereby avoiding the generation of higher shearing stress component at specific stress directions caused by slippage of partial grains to result in the phenomenon of ductility reduction caused by partial stress concentration, and achieving the purposes of reducing ductility anisotropy of the rolling aluminum alloy sheets produced and |
