Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a quantitative detection method of mature miRNA in a biological specimen and a reagent kit. The quantitative detection method comprises the following main steps of: extracting total RNA (containing miRNA), synthesizing cDNA (complementary Deoxyribonucleic Acid) by a hairpin structural type primer under the catalysis of reverse transcriptase, and carrying out real-time fluorescent PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) quantitative detection on the content of the mature miRNA in the specimen through a miRNA specific forward primer and a universal reverse primer. The invention has the advantages of wide applied range, high specificity and sensitivity, ultra-wide linear detection range and the like. The method is simple, convenient and rapid and can be widely applied to the expression quantity analysis and the clinical inspection of the mature miRNA.
