Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for preparing tremella dried beancurd stick. In the method, soybean and tremella are used as raw materials; tremella juice is extracted by a hot water extraction method; the tremella juice and boiled soybean milk are mixed and a film layer formed on the surface of the soybean milk is lifted by using a bamboo pole; and the tremella dried beancurd stick is processed by microwave vacuum drying technology.
