The invention relates to an electronic device and a display device thereof. Specifically, the invention discloses a display device applied to an electronic device. The display device comprises a screen frame and a fixing frame, wherein the screen frame comprises at least a combining part, and each combining part comprises a locating piece; the fixing frame comprises at least a pair of combining parts, and each corresponding combining part comprises a sliding groove. The fixing frame is movably combined on the sliding groove via the locating piece to enable the screen frame to rotate relative to the fixing frame. The visible angle of the screen frame can be changed by the user according to different states or requirements by means of an adjustable structure design of the display device of the invention, which is beneficial to observing the screen of the display device.
