Method for adaptively regulating and controlling reference voltage value

The invention relates to a method for adaptively regulating and controlling a reference voltage value, which comprises the following steps of: screening a sample data, updating the data, performing statistics on the data, and performing weighted average on the data. The method is characterized in that: the data which is screened and calculated reasonably and effectively is subjected to time-shiftweighted average processing to generate the reference voltage value; and through continuous circulation, the new data is added continuously and the old data is discarded, and the statistical data which is subjected to the time-shift moving weighted average processing is updated. The method has the advantages that: by using the method, the reference voltage value of an automatic control system of equipment can be real-time calculated according to changes of a running state of a power system; and the reference voltage value is calculated and input without manual work.
