Concretely, the fuel cell system (FCS) judges whether there is abnormal condition in a plurality of water level sensors (DS5a, DS5b, DS5c, DS5d) for detecting the water level in water storage tanks (WP2a, WP2b) according to supply of exhaust gas to a heat exchanger (HW).
