Controller with flash memory test function, and storage system and test method thereof

The invention discloses a flash memory controller with flash memory test function, which comprises a microprocessor unit, a flash memory interface unit, a host interface unit and a memory element test unit. The flash memory interface unit is used for the connection with a plurality of flash memory chips, each of which comprises a plurality of flash memory crystal grains with each comprising a plurality of entity blocks. The host interface unit is used for the connection with a host system. The memory element test unit is used for judging whether the entity blocks of these flash memory chips can be written in, read and erased normally. Thus, the flash memory controller according to the invention can test the flash memory chips under the instruction of the host system and ensure that the test of all the entity blocks in the flash memory chips can be completed.
