Use of a gestagen in combination with an estrogen and one or more pharmaceutically tolerable excipients/carriers for lactose-free oral contraceptive

The invention relates to gestagens, preferably dienogest, chlormadinone acetate, or levonorgestrel in combination with estrogens such as, for example, ethinylestradiol, 17beta-estradiol, or estradiol valerate and one or more pharmaceutically tolerable excipients/carriers, which create a lactose-free oral contraceptive. The invention proposes a possibility for improving the prophylaxis of lactose intolerance in a possibly contributing factor, also with regard to expensive examinations of lactose intolerance. The invention is also suitable for long-term use.
