The method comprises the steps that a statistic communication link is used for processing message number within the preset time; if the statistic numerical value of this time is judged to be equal to the statistic numerical value of the last time, the state of the communication link is further judged; and whether the recovery operation is executed is confirmed according to the result of further judgment. According to the communication parameters, the invention can judge whether the interface board has fault, thus rapidly executing the recovery operation, and the communication link is recovered. By adopting the invention, the user does not need to monitor the link when monitoring the communication link. The invention has the operation of switching or restart only when monitoring interruption of the link, thus overcoming delay time and higher network influence.
