The control method comprises the following steps of: regulating the solution and refrigerant circulation amount by a liquid level integrated control method to realize liquid level steady control and unit load stability control among a regenerator (3), an evaporator (1) and a condenser (4); and realizing rapid diluted operation and effectively preventing the refrigerant water freezing and solution crystallization under the low-temperature environment through a refrigerant discharge electromagnetic valve (12) between the evaporator (1) and an absorber (2).
