The upper end of the ball storage drum is communicated with an oil inlet pipeline; the upper end of the ball storage drum is provided with a quick assembly joint for connecting a hydraulic tool; the hydraulic tool is used for filling a pipe cleaning ball into the ball storage drum; the lower end of the ball storage drum is communicated with an oil outlet pipeline; and the lower end of the ball storage drum is provided with delivery equipment for delivering the pipe cleaning ball into the oil outlet pipeline from the ball storage drum. The delivery equipment comprises a motor and a delivery executor which are connected, wherein the motor drives the delivery executor to run; and the delivery executor is communicated with the oil outlet pipeline and delivers the pipe cleaning ball into the oil outlet pipeline from the ball storage drum.
