Method for monitoring communication service

The invention relates to a method for monitoring a communication service. The method for monitoring the communication service comprises the following steps of: setting a service monitoring platform to realize human-computer interaction and data management in a way of abiding by an internet inter-orb protocol (IIOP) with a monitoring agent module; setting at least one monitored computer, wherein each monitored computer is provided with a monitoring agent module which is responsible for acquiring data form a monitored module, transmitting a command to the monitored module and controlling the starting or opening of the monitored module; and setting at least one monitored module to correspond to each monitoring agent module to realize specific services, acquiring monitoring data, executing a control command and organizing the display of a data model, wherein each monitored module is provided with interface description information and a data element model which are used for monitoring business services.
