Zusammenfassung:The method relates to a manufacture method of a variable cross-section reed with high strength of more than 1800 MPa, which sequentially comprises the steps of: 1, blanking the reed; 2, processing a center hole; 3, commonly shot-blasting; 4, forming a variable cross-section; 5, trimming a coiled lug; 6, quenching and annealing; 7, controlling the temperature and shot-blasting by stress; 8, processing by preserving the temperature; 9, freely shot-blasting; 10, assembling an assembly; 11, prepressing and strengthening, and the like. The invention optimizes and improves manufacture process of the variable cross-section reed with high-strength, is not only suitable for manufacturing variable cross-section reeds with high-strength of more than 1800MPa by using 60Si2CrVA(improved), but also suitable for manufacturing the variable cross-section reeds with high-strength by applying various kinds of spring steels of 51CrMoV4, 60SiCrV7 and the like, improves the surface quality of the reed, increases the residual press
