The invention discloses a heating device for an energy-saving lamp exhausting mercury-less pipe, which comprises an oven having a downward opening, wherein two sides of the oven are movably connected with door planks; one adjacent ends of the door planks are connected with a stay rope; and the stay rope is hung downwards by passing through the sliding device on the top of the oven. The oven having the downward opening is provided with a door, so the heat energy generated in the oven can only heat the tube in the oven in the process of tube exhausting heating without influence on the other parts outside the door (under the door), the energy is saved, the tube is not connected to the mercury pipe and the mercury liquid is injected in the core tube, and the production cost is lowered.
