Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method and device for solving multipath interference and a mobile multimedia broadcasting receiver, solving the problem that multipath interference is misinterpreted to ACI or CCI and the sensitivity for receiving signals is reduced. The method comprises the following steps: performing real-time sampling to the amplitude of a received signal; using the signal amplitude obtained by sampling to judge whether multipath interference exists; and if so, performing multipath interference processing to the received signal. By using the method of the invention, the situation that multipath interference is misinterpreted to ACI or CCI can be avoided, thus increasing the sensitivity for receiving signals.
