The multi-nutrient steamed rice produces multiple nutrients and multiple tastes, does not lose nutrients, promotes appetite and supplements nutrients. Compared with the prior art, the multi-nutrient steamed rice has the advantages that: 1, the manufacture is simple and convenient, and only needs steaming; 2, the multi-nutrient steamed rice is suitable for both the old and the young and is loved by adults and children; and 3, because of the steaming, the multi-nutrient steamed rice does not lose the nutrients, has multiple tastes and promotes the appetite.
