Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of microorganisms, in particular to a culture medium of compound probiotic flora with radix astragali polysaccharide-epimedium extract-oligosaccharide. The culture medium comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1% of agar, 0.1% of beef extract, 0.25% of yeast extract powder, 3.5% of sucrose, 0.15% of defoamer, 0.1% of peptone, 2-5% of nutrient and balance of distilled water, wherein the nutrient comprises the radix astragali polysaccharide, the epimedium extract and the oligosaccharide. The invention determines basic culture medium the probiotic flora according to different animals and difference of growth phases thereof; and 2-5% of the radix astragali polysaccharide, the epimedium extract and the oligosaccharide are added to perform a synergistic action so as to perform the synthetic actions of three active substances and exert the characteristics of the microbial preparation, thereby greatly enhancing the functionality of thecultured product.
