Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of microbe, in particular to a composite microbial preparation for degrading aflatoxin. The composite microbial preparation consists of candida utilis, enterococcus faecalis, lactobacillus acidophilus and bacillus subtilis which are cultured in a culture medium for 60 to 72 hours at the temperature of between 28 and 37 DEG C, wherein the preparation consists of 1 to 3 weight parts of candida utilis, 1 to 3 weight parts of enterococcus faecalis, 1 to 3 weight parts of lactobacillus acidophilus and1 to 3 weight parts of bacillus subtilis.
