Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to pyrazolo-pyrazines derivatives of the general formula (I) in which the radicals Z, R1, R2, R3 and R4 represent various variable groups, X is a sulphur atom or a selenium atom, and n is an integer equal to 1 or 2. These compounds are inhibitors of G proteins. They are of particular interest for treating diseases in which the heterotrimeric G protein is involved. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said products, and to the use thereof for preparing a drug.
