Easy-die-cutting polypropylene film and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an easy-die-cutting polypropylene film and a preparation method thereof. The easy-die-cutting polypropylene film consists of the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 50 to 95 percent of polypropylene, 1 to 40 percent of low-molecular-weight polypropylene, 1 to 30 percent of methacrylic acid polymers or methacrylic ester polymers and 1 to 10 of compatibilizers. The material adopts a blow molding or film casting forming method for preparing the easy-die-cutting film, good die cutting effect can be reached when the thickness is between 60 and 80 mum, and the film material consumption of the easy-die-cutting PE film with the stiffness superior to 100 mum thick in unit area is reduced by 20 to 30 percent. The easy-die-cutting polypropylene film prepared by theinvention is mainly applied in the fields of tags, package materials and the like, and has wide markets and good application prospects.
