Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a sleep-aid device, in particular to a sleep-aid device with double stimulating effect by modes of a sense of touch and a sense of hearing, consisting of an execution unit, a wearing unit, an operating unit and a control unit together, wherein the execution unit is worn by a user by a form of a head-set earphone, the needed modes of the sense of touch and the sense of hearing mode are selected by manual operation, and sleep-aid stimulation by the senses of touch and hearing is executed to a user by the execution unit to lead the user to obtain the attention transfer and comfortable feel and pleasure feel which are needed by sleep aid, thus offering effective help for a sleep disordered person.
