The invention provides electronic equipment with a bracket, which comprises a circuit board, a back cover and the bracket, wherein the bracket is arranged on the back cover; a second conducting strip is fixed on the back cover and is connected with the circuit board; and a first conducting strip contacting the second conducting strip is fixed on an end part, contacting the back cover, of the bracket, and is connected with a cable which passes through the bracket by extending along the axial direction of the body of the bracket. The bracket is arranged on the back cover, the first conducting strip contacts the second conducting strip to further ensure that the cable is electrically connected with the circuit board, one end, extending out of the bracket, of the cable can be connected with an external device, and plug holes and slots are not needed to be formed on a shell of the electronic equipment so that the appearance of the electronic equipment is compact.
