The invention provides a computer Chinese input method and a keyboard based on a Chinese pinyin scheme. According to the Chinese pinyin scheme, the pinyin of a Chinese character is divided into a first code element, a second code element and a third code element which respectively correspond to related key mappings of 26 letter keys on the computer board, wherein the first code element and the second code element form a syllable and the third code element represents intonation; and usually an input method of the Chinese character comprises the step of obtaining the Chinese character to be typed through sequentially typing the letter keys which represent the first code element, the second code element and the third code element.
