Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a rapid detection method for hydrogen peroxide in fresh milk, which belongs to the field of rapid detection of food. The method can be successfully applied to the rapid detection of adulteration hydrogen peroxide in milk. Through improved optimized reagent preparation, the response sensitivity and color development effect of the method are improved. The method has the advantages of cheap reagents used, simple operation steps, good color development effect, high sensitivity and lower detection limit of 5 mu g per milliliter of milk. The storage stability of the reagents can at least reach half a year without affecting detection sensitivity, and the reagents are suitable for on-site qualitative semi-quantitative detection.
