The invention relates to a using method of a liquid flame retardant. The use method comprises the following steps: putting auxiliary materials in a container; heating and stirring the auxiliary materials to mix the auxiliary materials uniformly; adding the liquid flame retardant into the auxiliary materials; continuing to heat and stir the mixture to fully mix the liquid flame retardant with the auxiliary materials; and discharging the obtained material. The heating and stirring method is adopted to fully mix the liquid flame retardant with the auxiliary materials such as PC, ABS and the likein place of expensive special equipment for the liquid flame retardant such as metering pressure pump, so that the cost is effectively saved, the production efficiency is improved, and the effects ofenvironment protection and fire resistance are excellent.
