The scooter comprises a footboard, a front pulley block and a rear pulley block, wherein the a straight rod is arranged on the footboard; the bottom of the straight rod is fixed on a fixed mounting seat which is hinged on the footboard through a base shaft; a pair of gears connected through a chain is arranged on an upper end and a lower end of the straight rod respectively; a manual control rod is respectively arranged on two sides of the chain and is fixed by sleeving a casing fixed on the straight rod; the lower gear on the straight rod is arrangedon one end of a lower gear shaft; the other end of the lower gear shaft passes through the fixed mounting seat and is provided with a disc bevel gear; the disc bevel gear is engaged with two intermediate disc bevel gears which are arranged on the base shaft; and a transmission gear is arranged on one side of the base shaft and is connected with a gear of the rear block through a chain.
