Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a formula and technology for eliminating residual pesticide and ensuring quality and freshness of edible fungus. Eight kinds of fresh fungus products, namely agaricus bisporus, golden mushrooms, coprinus mushrooms, phoenix mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, straw mushrooms, agaricus campestris and black mushrooms, are processed and treated by the technology of the invention, meet the requirements of Hygienic Standard for Canned Edible Fungi (GB7096-2003) and have a shelf life which is prolonged by 2 to 3 times compared with that of the similar products picked; thus, the technology belongs to the first technology of the world . |
