The invention discloses a local searching method, a local searching system and a program product, wherein the local searching method comprises the following steps of: (a) receiving a searching condition from an input interface; (b) identifying whether the searching condition comprises a symbol @ or not, if so, judging conditions before the symbol @ to be content conditions and conditions after the symbol @ to be position conditions; and (c) searching data of the content conditions conforming to the position conditions in a database. Thus the local searching method is more convenient for carrying out local searching operation procedures by a user, has maneuverability and can assist the user to limit a searching range so as to avoid an oversize transmission data volume.
