Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a culture medium for rapid detection of harmful anaerobic bacteria in beer, which is characterized in that a formulation of 1 liter of liquid is as follows: 7.5 grams of fructose, 1.25 grams of L-cysteine hydrochloride, 1 gram of ammonium citrate, 6.6 to 6.7 grams of beef extract, 10.3 to 10.4 grams of dextroglucose, 1.3 to 1.4 grams of dipotassium phosphate, 0.05 gram of magnesium sulfate, 0.025 gram of manganese sulphate, 0.6 grams of Tween-80, 5 grams of element-peptone, 3.3 to 3.4 grams of sodium acetate, 3.3 to 3.4 grams of yeast extract, 1.5 grams of bovine liver extract powder, 0.4 gram of L-malic acid, 22.5 grams of maltose, 3.3 to 3.4 grams of lactose, 6 grams of tomato juice, 12.5 grams of special peptone, 0.1 gram of cytidine and 0.2 gram of deoxythymine.
