The invention provides a motor coil cooling structure of a centrifugal refrigerant compressor, which mainly comprises a coil, a shell and at least two refrigerant jet-flow pipes. The coil is composed of a stator and a rotor, protruding end parts are respectively formed at the two axial ends of the stator, the rotor is arranged at the inner part of the stator, a rotating shaft is arranged in the center of the rotor in a penetrating manner, the shell used for containing the coil is provided with a refrigerant inlet, the at least two refrigerant jet-flow pipes are arranged in the shell and are communicated with the refrigerant inlet, each refrigerant jet-flow pipe is provided with a plurality of jet-flow holes, and the jet-flow holes are arranged towards the end part of the coil. Therefore, refrigerant can be directly guided to flow to the end part of the motor coil, so as to effectively cool the end part of the motor coil.
