Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a superparamagnetic gama-Fe2O3/SiO2 nano-composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: slowly adding prepared Fe2O3 sol to SiO2 sol; continuously stirring to form Fe2O3/SiO2 nano-composite sol; aging the prepared Fe2O3/SiO2 nano-composite sol for a period of time; adding a certain proportion of surface agent CTAB to prepare new Fe2O3/SiO2 nano-composite sol; then, aging the sol into gel; and finally, thermally processing the Fe2O3/SiO2 nano-composite gel at 700 DEG C to prepare a gama-Fe2O3/SiO2 nano-composite material with favorable superparamagnetism, evener particle distribution and even particle size. Because the surface agent CTAB is added in the preparation process, the superparamagnetic gama-Fe2O3/SiO2 nano-composite material presents obvious superparamagnetism, evener particle distribution and even particle size. |
