The invention relates to a planet carrier of a cycloidal needle wheel decelerator. An input shaft is installed on a gland bush and an output disc through two bearings and provided with two eccentric parts, the two eccentric parts are in 180-degree opposite distribution, the input shaft and two cycloidal discs are installed together through the eccentric parts on the input shaft, the cycloidal discs are connected with the output disc through a planet shaft, and the two ends of the planet shaft are respectively installed on the gland bush and the output disc. By adopting the planet carrier structure, the two ends of the planet shaft are both supported, thereby avoiding a cantilever type structure of the planet shaft is. In addition, the planet shaft, the gland bush and the output disk are tightly combined together and rotate and output together, therefore, the output toque is greatly larger than that of a common decelerator.
