Method for processing electroplating wastewater with heavy metal ions

The invention discloses a method for processing electroplating wastewater with heavy metal ions. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating electroplating wastewater, removing suspended matter, some metal ions, organic matter and the like in the wastewater; (2) using general ion exchange resin for adsorption to remove heavy metal ions in the wastewater; regenerating the resin with diluted eluent and fresh regenerant, wherein according to different purposes, the eluent can be directly recycled or sent to the post-processing system; and (3) post-processing to remove some impurities in the eluent which are harmful to the electroplating technology and/or electroplating quality and/or increase the concentration of the eluent to obtain qualified recovery liquid; and removing impurities in general ion exchange effluent to reach the reuse water index.
