The compound preparation consists of anti-oxidation substance and methylcellulose. The mass ratio of the anti-oxidation substance to the methylcellulose is 0.5-3.0: 1, preferably 1.0-2.5: 1, more preferably 1.5-2.0: 1. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and feasible. The prepared compound preparation can prevent dead bark and eliminate the occurrence of the dead bark, and has remarkable effect.
